Reeman Living is a new residential community in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi, developed by Aldar Properties, with construction set to commence in Q3 2023. This project marks the second installment in Aldar's "Living" urban collection, which aims to offer inclusive communities in prime locations throughout the city.
The community will comprise 1,050 residential units, with the first phase delivering 630 residences across five low-rise buildings. Housing options will range from studios to 1-3 bedroom apartments, with sizes spanning from 280 sq. ft. to 1,076 sq. ft. Additionally, the 2-3 bedroom layouts will feature balconies.
Buyers can choose between light or dark color palettes for the interiors and have the opportunity for personalized designs and storage solutions.
Aldar Properties emphasizes sustainability in the Reeman Living community, constructing homes with green technology and eco-friendly materials. These features aim to conserve water and energy, earning the buildings a two-pearl rating in the Pearl Rating System for sustainability.
Following the success of Aldar's initial project in the "Living" collection, Manarat Living on Saadiyat Island, Reeman Living continues the trend of offering high-end studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments.
Situated in the developing Al Shamkha area, the Reeman Living master plan includes educational institutions, bus stops, community centers, and mosques. Essential amenities such as schools, medical facilities, and shopping centers are within a 10-15 minute drive.
