Yas Acres is an upscale coastal community situated on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The neighborhood is divided into two sections, Royal Oak and The Cedars, and boasts over 1,000 residential units, a golf club, and a private beach.
Designed to be a self-sufficient community, Yas Acres offers an array of amenities including shopping centers, medical facilities, educational institutions, restaurants, parks, and sports fields. The project was developed by Aldar Properties.
The properties within Yas Acres include townhouses with 2-4 bedrooms and villas with 4-6 bedrooms. These residences vary in size, ranging from 2,330 to 7,136 sq. ft.
